THOSE FUELLING VIOLENCE IN IMO SHALL LOSE ~ Dr Fabian Ihekweme

Those of you scaring us with fire and brimstone over the presence of joint security forces in Imo state should stop forthwith.

I still remember that the Federal Government for years had been drawing soldiers from South East and South South to fight Boko Haram on Gov. Zulum's invitation, yet the people of Borno state did not call for his head.

Are we not playing the serpentine script here? Are we not having the same measure of insecurity in Imo state today? So what is wrong in inviting soldiers to fight the same insurgency in our own state? We really need to get to the very root of this evil.

There is clear political undertone and conspiracy of the highest order. But let me advise those wasting their money to the wrong hands with the intention to distablise the state and make it ungovernable, to sheath their swords and embrace peace now before it is too late. Imo state cannot be taken over by force.

Those that are fuelling this current violence in our land will never win this battle. This is not against Gov. Hope Uzodinma, it is clearly a declaration of war against the good people of Imo state.

Any true and sincere member of this society must come out and rally round the Governor. This is not time to apportion blames, it is time for all of us to unite and fight political criminals in our midst trying to neutralise us.

You and your Supreme governor are behind it. How can somebody who came fourth in an election be declared the winner of that election? I have not heard or seen it anywhere in the world before!
