Scam .. Inside trading .

The south produces the oil, yet the PERCENTAGES OF MUSLIM NORTHENERS IN THE OIL AND GAS SECTORS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

DPR= 55%
NNPC=60%
PEqF= 70%
NIPCO= 48%
NNLG= 80%
NASDREA=38%
PPPRA= 55%
PPMC=48%

AND EVEN THE NNDC contracts are awarded to Fulani contractors who use FRONT companies to grab them.. (site "off your mic Hon Minister" )

Now they have taken it farther and deeper by giving dangote a CASH UP OF $10B TO taken a virtual 20% stake in dangote refinery ..

THE SOUTH HAS INDEED BEEN HIPNOTIZED

You are correct. They use mallams from different African Countries and core North with lots of rituals to hypnotized the South. I believed it is not only the amnesty that calm situations in Niger Delta, they have been hypnotized as well. I was happy when Okowa congratulated Sir Government 'Tompolo' on his birthday. Despite all grants, Aids and other indirect assistance given to Dangote by Emefiele through CBN, NNPC is coming again to buy 20% stake using crude oil deals. Who does the calculation of the total worth of the refinery?

When Obj sold Refineries to Dangote in 2007, with over $50 billion in Nigeria foreign reserves, Yaradua came and reversed the sales of the Refineries to pave ways for Jamboree spending of free money . Now, the same NNPC in 2021 is now planning to buy 20% share in Dangote Refinery after Emiefele put the entire trust and economy survival on the actualization of Dangote Refinery for Years with completion date being shifted every year while FG through CBN grants more Aids to prevent the project from failing.

Nigeria is a country of deals. The Colonial Masters wasted Nigeria. While growing up, I had wondered the kind of connections and deals that permitted Dantata Jetty at Tin can Island between Nigerdock gate and Tin Can Port. It is a deal.

The Southern Governors Forum must be strengthened.

LNG that has not been able to remit 1 billion dollars to FGN since it was created ?
are you for real! Maybe its time you do a small research about this topic. In this regime alone LNG has remitted more than that! I can remember Vividly when you wailers were wailing about who collected the LNG dividend sometime ago whether it was GEJ or Buhari . Now to the story proper.the other day, we heard the FG wanted to invest in Proforce and Innoson. As usual Igbo bigots were against it saying it was a means to take over the company. Now the Story has changed.

Incompetence at highest level.
Whether they buy 20% or not, they should not allow monopolies to thrive in any sector. And Dangote should be caution and not allow them bring their inefficiency and poor competence to his board. All sectors must have competing players to checkmate exploitation

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has said that it plans to acquire a 20% minority equity stake in Africa’s biggest oil refining facility, Dangote Refinery, Lagos.

This is to help further ensure an undisrupted supply of petroleum products across the country when the transaction pulls through.

This disclosure was made by NNPC Chief Operating Officer, Refining and Petrochemicals, Mr Mustapha Yakubu, while speaking at the end of a 2-day Nigeria Oil and Gas Opportunity Fair (NOGOF), 2021, tagged: “Leveraging Opportunities and Synergies for Post Pandemic Recovery of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.”

According to Thisday, Yakubu said discussions were already ongoing with the Dangote Group for the acquisition of the stake.
What are we doing there? I can tell you today that we are seeking to have a 20 per cent minority stake in Dangote Refinery as part of our collaboration and you know that there’s a huge quantity of crude for that refinery.

That’s 650,000 barrels, going into a single crude distillation unit (CDU). When that comes on board, it will also wet the nation for us.”

Pass the PIB bill and allow other investors build more modular refineries. The setup is to subsidize crude that Dangote refinery will get for refining.
A level playing field is required in this new birth. If you will subsidize for Dangote, then be ready to subsidize for all the stakeholders in the industry.

The cement hijack will not be tolerated in this industry
