Please, Help an intending intern at UITH.

My friend is deciding if to select the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, UITH for Housemanship.

Please I need advice from fellow Nairalanders who have been to or live around UITH on;
- the nature of the place
- predominant tribe and religion (impt in communication with patients).
- Accommodation
- Cost of Living

And other important things he should know.

Ilorin is peaceful

Yorubas are majority

Accommodation is easy to get and relatively affordable

Ilorin has large muslim population
You will see mosques everywhere but there are christains and churches too

Transportation is easy and you can easily move around
