You talk too small. The question is, did the VC fix exam on Monday? If the departments did not follow it, why pin it on the VC? Did the VC ask anyone to fix exam on Monday? Did the ask anyone not to follow the exam timetable? If check the departments that shifted exams, you will probably find out most of them were shifted on the request of the students. So what is arguement?
