These are Altcoins that are just starting to launch, and can devalute to the point of liquidation. Now, why shitcoin? it can liquidate
Not every coin just launching with lower prices are Shitcoins, Future coins are also in disguise when they're first launched. Now, the gain you get depends on how much you actually invested (the amount of coin you bought).

Bitcoin, ETH and others already has high prices, while shitcoins, you can get a unit for 0.00000000001 for some and imagine you bought 500,000,000,000. At that time, and in 6 months, the price increases to 0.0000001 that is the logic right there, if my calculations are correct you just invested $50 - $60 and for your patient waiting, you got $50,000 as return when the price increased.
