The only challenge here is that the east is somewhat landlocked so if they are serious they need to negotiate with some south south states to join their biafra. States like Akwa ibom and Cross River State.

They would certainly need either Rivers, Delta, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom or Cross River if not entirely but at least a space to access the sea/exist.
