Is not true! Many reports on this are not realistics. Many growth you thought of is because a typical Muslim gives birth to multiple children and marry many wives especially in the northern parts of the country and world in general where this breeds poverty as against typical Christian that marries one wife and few children and no child at all I.e Catholic priests.

Most of those researches you are referring to online are biased and baseless. Some non-muslim quoted Muslim are growing just to spark up their members. In many cases, it is growth by birth while many children are raised in poverty to become terror to the world (it happens in all other religions too, but rampant among Muslim because of multiple wives) issues.

By the time you site one Facebook to support your claim, just a small Google search will give you more than 50 cases of convert from Islam to Christianity.
