2. Customers resolve bank issues, open bank accounts and all via Twitter.

3. Telcos resolve issues faster on Twitter.

4. Brand Influencers make money by advertising and review products and services on Twitter.

5. International NGOs rely on Twitter to disseminate information.

6. World Governments use Twitter to pass and receive messages.
