Oga u be olodo. Get the good ones from the 1963 constitution, get good ones from the 1999 constitution, join them together... thats a new constitution for us. You guys are just finding it difficult to take little food from your table and share to the poor masses. We need to scrap Senatorial Zone allowances, and Federal Constituency Allowances.
