Your problem is that you dont know the law. If the South East becomes an independent country, International law allows it to use whatever waterway it has to access the sea. In other words, Nigeria cannot prevent the the South East from having access yo sea through Nigerian territory

Ibaka seaport is about 30 nautical miles to the Atlantic and the Lagos seaports was dredged up to about 50 nautical miles to the Atlantic.

C. Oseakwa (River Ulasi) Ihiala Anambra State that is linked to Osemoto Oguta River Imo State Is only 18 nautical miles to Atlantic Ocean with 20m deep without dredging.
