Alao Akala was an accidental governor and the worst leadership tragedy in the history of Oyo state. Beyond ACN's victory, we as conscientious citizens of Nigeria and the fulcrum on which the nation's progress rests must set an agenda for our leaders.
I call on all lovers of Oyo, indigines, settlers in Oyo and well wishers of this state to come together, melange ideas and set an agenda on issues that are most important for the proper development of the state. We may wish Oyo well, but not until we take part in the governance, we will be abdicating our responsibilities as pacesetters.
