There's lots of people who won, and I'm quite sure you Googled it. Winning lotteries is absolute luck, with the odds in the tens and hundreds of millions.


Whether they lose it is another matter, that's not what we're talking about.

The fact is, there's no formula for success; billions of smart people work hard everyday, but only a very small percentage will succeed.

And if you're hitching your own wealth aspirations on such nonsensical books that tell you how to become rich, then you're dumber than a pile of rocks: the authors use your gullibility to make their own money.

First of all such lotteries are not in such countries. Secondly $1, the minimum to play, is not available to such a person, it is not peanuts to him.
If you remove circumstances of birth and such, then wealth is NOT due to luck. Just as your chances of dying in a plane crash is not luck - it is zero if u never fly. So also your choices affect how wealthy you become, not just luck.
