You dont pay for rights, rights are natural.

Once you pay to have access to a rights, it is no more a right.

Pls stop confusing ngo created rights with natural rights

Human rights organisations are all funded, argueing with do anyone good.

Food, clothing, water, sanitation, education are not rights, you pay to have access to them.

They can only be a right when they are provided for free.

It is your right to own property after you have bought it, you cant go and take someone property and claim it all because you have a right to property.

So who exactly is it that determines what IS or ISN'T a human right, especially given the below?

Human rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behaviour and are regularly protected in municipal and international law.

The doctrine of human rights has been highly influential within international law and global and regional institutions. Actions by states andnon-governmental organisations form a basis of public policy worldwide.

The United Nations (UN) is the only multilateral governmental agency with universally accepted international jurisdiction for universal human rights legislation.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights ( UDHR ) is an international document adopted by the United Nations General Assembly that enshrines the rights and freedoms of all human beings.

Just like natural law, human rights has foundations in natural rights. But also just like natural law and natural rights, "human rights" and "natural rights" are NOT synonyms.

please don't miss inform people, the internet, just like light, primary education, good health facilities food, shelter and even Twitter (freedom of speech), considering the fact that we have to pay for all these are considered basic human rights in any country because these are the basic parameters that run a society effectively, even north Korea that is good at violating human rights has enough sense to provide internet.
any Country that doesn't provide these will definitely be left behind and stands the risk of chaos.

It's interesting to know that the guy thinks grazing cows is a right but using Twitter is not a right
