Please can anybody prescribe a good tablet for tooth-ache for me? I'm seriously groaning in pains. Thanks

I recently bought one which i can recall at the mo, but i put it up as soon as i check, Toothache is actually one of the most painful health problems i ever had, no major cavvities yet but the pain goes on and on all day,
