A call to join the wagon of thieves, looters and saboteurs to further worsening the sorry state of this nations.

The developed countries are not wooing their youths to join politics but they create institutions and conducive environments that allow those youths to maximize their potentials

None of Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gate, Jack Dorsey, Tim cook etc joined politics before they built inventions that went global and reshaped course of humanity.

All we're demanding is that these confused leaders should build sane institutions and design policies that'll breed ground for we the youths to maximize our potentials.

It is not a must, but youth participation won't hurt.

Where is the sense and wisdom in crying about old politicians making the decisions while the youths sit on the sidelines making all manner of excuses not to participate to shape their own existence and future?

Nigerian youths can not have it both ways

The problem with many of u lots is u want to deny the fact
Don't u get it or u are just trying so hard to deny facts
It doesn't matter if the person there is an old man
A dead man
A young man
Or even a baby
What matters is a people driven constitution
That's what makes the person on the sit do what the constitution says
It's the constitution that makes a nation not the voting of people into position.

Social media literally toppled 3 dictatorial regimes in North Africa. Social media has expanded the economy of nations across the world and grown businesses. Millions of youth these days earn their living primarily or secondarily via the help of social media. Keep spouting the gibberish by your Fulani slave masters but learned people know what this man is saying is pure nonsense. Social media DOES transform lives and has been doing so since 2005. They are just scared of it's power because it exposes their corruption.

Better go study how Obama utilised social media to become President.

The VP is not correct in his statements.

This mumu VP sabi pass the buck like the other one from Sudan.

Come on! the youths only come on social media to remind morons like him that they can at least attempt to use the last 2 years of their lacklustre tenure to return Nigeria to the era of USD 1 = N199 where they took over from.

They only need to listen to the youths and come up with necessary national ambitions, action plans and KPIs for the critical issues of industrialisaton, productivity, infrastructure development,
waste reduction, export based economy etc.

Is that not why they are asking you to join politics and contest for public office to drive out the old men?

Sometimes I wonder what the lazy Nigerian youths want?

Is it to camp out on social media, rant, and bark like bingo instead of doing the hard work to come together, to strategize, to seek credible youths to back, support, and sponsor for elected office to change things?

...but of course, the only thing Nigerian youths know how to do is make noise and bark like lazy parrots on social media, they have zero ideas, zero solutions, just noise.

And create different handles on Nairaland to bash other tribes

Great point... Twitter, Facebook won't bring about any change, only those in power can do that
...and what changes have those in power done for Nigeria...poverty capital of the world.
