Well I saw this video on his Facebook page and I was a kind of surprised and absolutely speechless why some police men would do such a thing.

You don't shot at an unarmed civilian... Where is their rules of engagement?...

If they are looking for an avenue to flex their muscles, the last time I checked we still have shortage of manpower in the northeast. BH, ISWAP, bandits and unknown gun men would be happy to engage them in a gun duel.

If you videoed them properly, you will see that the police vehicle has a number on it's bonnet or it's side..

It will be easy to track. If they tell you it's not, hold the commissioner of police, Delta State.
