Well from my experience, that’s very true.
Mostly people who stay off campus have free will to engage in sex!!al act.
One of my protégée on getting to town has had sex with 5 different guys in a space of 1 year, got pregnant once! Just imagine.
Well I also went from 1 body count while staying on campus to numerous when I moved to town then. So he’s not totally wrong

That doesn’t mean people who stay on campus no Dey chow themselves but you can’t compare it to people who stay off campus
