Please how do I get assistance on this;

I have a child that was sick, medical solution was sought and what was actually wrong with her was not discovered on time not until she was taken to LUTH, and it was discovered that she has brain tumor and at this stage an emergency. At the end, surgery was carried out, a lot of money spent already. While waiting to raise money for therapies, it resurfaced. Over N2 million is required now for surgery and therapies.

Assistance is urgently needed.
