Hello good people if nairaland. I recently ordered a product from Jumia. I was still wondering today why I haven't gotten a call because it's almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Later I checked my mail and saw a June 30 dated mail that I have a day to pick up my order.
Today this evening I got a mail that my order has been picked up.
I'm really mad right now. Because this is daylight robbery. I didn't go to pickup anything actually.
Has anyone here had the same experience using Jumia?

Unfortunately, you cannot call them. One item in my own order which was supposedly under "Jumia Express" arrived later after 2 weeks.

But throughout the delay, none of my emails was replied.

Call there customer service now...

Heya and no return policy. U see ehn I have had it once with jumia 75k,it took them 4 days to refund it,thank God the seller had 48hr return policy,so I wasn't scared.
