Nigerian constitution is the supreme law of the land.

If other countries have referendum or any clause that can divide the country in their constitution, that is their own problem.

Nigerian constitution does not have that clause.

I assume you don't know what a constitution UNTIL you tell us WHEN this was agreed and WHO AND WHO sat and Where..
I don't know how old you are but...
Every constitution, in the past, present and future must fulfil the three answers above or else it is won't bind on the constituents.

I advice all those seeking secession to go to their state house of representatives and government and carry out a referendum,a vote by their people,so FG sees that all Ibos or yorubas want to leave Nigeria. A couple of disgruntled people can not determine the fate of all. Democracy is about votes. Go to your states and carry out referendum first. Stop disturbing our peace and movement, with your own selfish goals. Enlighten your people via other means, you must not use rally... during brexit, did you see rallies or violence, people voted quietly. We need peace in Nigeria.

Section 2(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as Amended states that Nigeria is one indivisible and indissoluble sovereign state. This clearly means that Nigeria is a sovereign state that cannot be split or divided into parts neither can any part of or group of people in Nigeria seced from Nigeria.

Yet ur nigeria is signatory to the United Nations convention to the rights of indegenous people to self determination. Ur nigeria is also openly supporting the people of palastine and western sahara to get their own independent countries. undecided

FG better learn how to handle situations with care and not gra-gra. This is how they force people in picking up ammunitions.

This guys came to Ekiti, did their rally peacefully and left peacefully....even under few hours and the venue was cleared. In fact, no body noticed if any rally happened there like an hour later.

Let them do their stuff and leave...

Everything is not force!

So we have so much policemen like this in Lagos and traffic robbery is at its peak.
Once it is time for rally or protest they bring out everything as they are going to a warfront...Our leaders and nonsense approach to things always baffles me.

Then those who don't believe in the fraudulent 1999 military constitution can leave while the subservient slaves can move to the North where they can pledge loyalty to the Caliphate.

Unity beggars!
You want One Nigeria at all cost so that you could continue to exploit it. The Union must be dissolved or restructured to make it better. Not this one laced with supporter of APC philosophy or Arab-Muslim expansionism.
