Stop lying. The constitution was created by northern Nigeria. The northern soldiers who supervised the drafters of the constitution could not have allowed any input that runs counter to their objectives from those drafting the constitution.

Justice Toby, Prof Nwabueze, etc were among the other notable lawyers who drafted the constitution. But they did not make the constitution.

It’s like asking you how Akinola Aguda who chaired the Commission to remove federal capital from Lagos to Abuja agreed to recommend the removal of federal capital from Lagos to Abuja. The northern military dictator in charge had already told Akinola Aguda to recommend removal of capital from Lagos to Abuja, the same manner the northern military dictators told the drafters of the constitution what to draft as constitution.

Yes, it does but when your individual liberty is now infringing on others unwillingly, then the State have to step in to correct the abnormally. Your liberty stops at yourself, and you can’t because of your liberty start killing people because they didn’t agree with your own opinion or agitation or blocking others to their own right to live and earn their daily income. The State have the prerogative to step in and protect the liberty of others from your reckless abuses even while exercising your so called liberty.
