since when did donkey become endangered species

Funny you had over 200 likes from ignorant folks like you. Donkeys have become an endangered specie owing to China's appetite for its meat but most essentialy its skin which is used in Chinese medicine and health food.

Already Uganda, Tanzania, Mali, Niger, Botswana and Burkina Faso have banned exports of donkey skin and meat to China

As much as protecting animals is ethical and productive. But if passing such a bill by the Senate is against the constitution, why will the senate leader want to outrightly break the rules of the constitution for a non-state of the emergency bill? What are his primary interests and the urgency for the bill?

It's outright lawlessness if he insists. He should pass it on to the body that is supposed to pass such a bill and try to convince them to support it.

The implication for this bill is huge. If it goes through it will mean Nigeria is constitutionally lawless and that is a dangerous situation.

It's time for the so-called legal luminaries in the country to step and interpret the constitution.
