A video has emerged of soldiers drilling students of Command Secondary School, Enugu. But from the video you could hear the soldier saying “it’s not punishment o!”

This has left me wondering if this how soldiers drill every student of respective Command Secondary Schools across the country or is this just peculiar to Enugu?
