Onyeme Extols Virtues Of Gov Okowa At 62

The Executive Chairman, Delta State Internal Revenue Service Sir Monday John Onyeme has extolled the virtues of the Delta State Governor Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on the auspicious occasion of his 62nd birthday anniversary today Thursday 8th July, 2021.

Onyeme in his goodwill message today through a voice notes to the Press lauded the tremendous contributions and visible monumental infrastructural development witnessed by Deltans in the last 6yrs of his administration as Governor of Delta State.

According to him, Gov Okowa has transformed Delta State with various life-changing projects, enviable Infrastructures adding that the human capital development of Gov Okowa through various programmes such as Steps and Yagep, Women Empowerment Skill Acquisitions Programme (WESAP), Widows welfare package, Sporting Activities, Youths Empowerment Programmes through the Ministry of Youth Development and many others deserves to be commended.

“Since your emergence as Governor of Delta State , you have left no stone unturned in your quest to bring unprecedented infrastructural and human capital development to the state, your even distribution of Projects across the local government areas deserves to be applauded" he added.

“As the Governor of Delta State, you have been steadfast on the path of development.” He added that the Governor Okowa has continued to channel his energy towards improving the lives of Deltans through his Policies and Programmes".

“I note with great pleasure that since your assumption of office as Delta State Governor, you have demonstrated great courage and patriotism, you have displayed unwavering commitment in Strengthening the Peace and Security in the state while also delivering good governance to Deltans, this great efforts you have achieved is worthy of commendations" Onyeme enthused.

“As you mark this auspicious occasion of your 62nd birthday anniversary, I wish to join your teeming well-wishers, Party Chieftains, family and love ones in praying to Almighty God to grant you more wisdom and sound health as you continue to serve the state,” he said.
