Banking is too stressful in Nigeria because we need to change the way things are been done.

Like,

the quality of the staffs

the IT department is very important in today's banking in which we are lacking.

all those old staffs without IT knowledge need to GO

your right is too stressful , I Wake up as earlier 5am am come back by 7pm , is too stressful , and the pay is small

If you have then your argument will make sense to me. Have you ever worked with gtb? Also, what has contract staff or full staff got anything to do with knowing if the bank is understaffed too?
