Are you talking about hosting your site on your own pc? If thats what you're talking about, then I can tell you for free that its possible but not feasible. To do that, you need a static IP address, Windox XP Pro and Internet Information Service (IIS) enabled. IIS has sever limitations and doesnt make it worthwhile. If you need a commercial host, there are several of them that would offer you exceptionally good service, at affordable prices. Web4Africa is one.
