Actually Rashford and Sancho are better penalty takers than Henderson, the only issue is Southgate kept those guys for too long on the bench, which mounted so much pressure on especially Rashford, when he was literally substituted for just a penalty... Confidence is everything in a penalty shootout, and Rashford just seemed so timid even in his run up.

The real issue was Saka... Grealish, Sterling or any older experienced player should have stepped up for that one...
