I believe we have enough Universities already, there are some many graduates and half baked graduates with job.

I believe it's better for the goverment should approve mega farm projects and agro processing plants in each Local government.

Quit being daft, entire cities have been built on reclaimed land how much more one with a problem of mere flooding. The River Niger overflowing its banks isn't an intractable problem and many are glad because this means the FG would be compelled to confront the issue of flooding in that region unlike the state govt that chose to cower.

Stop this nonsense talk,Ika people are not the cause of underdevelopment in Ndokwaland.Ndokwa politicians are the cause,they are very wicked and selfish once they are elected.
