Nigeria has total sovereignity and complete jurisdiction over its territory.
I wonder why the Lawyer didn't site cases of countries that lost jurisdiction in such manner.
Ortega was a sitting President in Panama when Roland Regan invaded the country and arrested Ortega for trial in the US for drug related offenses.
