Let me help you out. Ikwerre man has never for once considered his language to be or have anything in common with Igbo. He believes he speaks Ikwerre or Ihnurnuohna. If the Igbos exist he doesn't know. It is particularly people who study languages and for ease of language classing that came up with Igboid.
Have you ever had a second thought that if the Ikwerre people had 5 states and the Igbos were just local government what the description would have been?
