3) You forget things easily : As sleep has an impact on learning and memory, you can be more forgetful if you miss sleep.

4) It kills libido : Sleeping 5 or fewer hours can reduce your sex drive by as much as 10 percent.

5) Less sleep dumbs you down : Lack of sleep hurts cognitive process in many ways. It impairs attention, alertness, concentration, reasoning and problem-solving. This makes it more difficult to learn efficiently.

6) You're accident-prone : You're 3x more likely to be involved in a car accident if you get fewer hours of sleep each night. Think twice before getting behind the wheel if you're not sleeping enough.

7) Sleepiness is depressing : Overtime, lack of sleep and sleep disorders can contribute to the symptoms of depression.

8 Lack of sleep ages the skin : Sallow skin and puffy eyes after a few nights of missed sleep. But it turns out that chronic sleep loss can lead to lacklustre, dark circles under the eyes. Some sleep 2 hours a day and they are ok. Some 3,4 and 5 hours a day and they are very much ok.

Please guys. Don't take anything drugs that will force sleep especially prescription drug. Manage your sleeping hours the way your body designed it. You are ok.
