Hi everyone, this is my first time creating a thread here. Usually I don't do online shopping but I needed a sneakers so badly but I'm always busy so, I decided to go online and look for one. I love what I saw and placed order immediately on the 21/7/21 and it was delivered on the 23/7/21 for 5k but when I opened the package jeez����� �% different from what I ordered. Is this how online shopping is�������� Pictures below

The same product. The issue here is that you didn't get the colour you ordered, right? Were there any swatch boxes on the site for picking your preferred colour? Some sites show one picture but allow you to pick your preferred colour from a collection of swatch boxes. Others explod the colours into different images/entries on the site. Whichever, you should be given the chance to choose the product variant you want. |

JordanMichael: The only difference anyone looking at the pics can see is the colour , however, I understand how you feel cos the same thing has also happened to me before which is why I no longer order shoes online. Your only remedy is to return it but the main issue here is whether you're ready to incur additional expenses that will be come up as a result especially since the item is not very expensive |

JordanMichael: So what quality are you expecting with 5k? There are Nigerian made shoes now, China made, stock shoes, Turkey made ETC. Vendors use the same stock image to advertise. But you will sense the quality from the price. You gat to pay premium price for premium quality. |
