Hey guyz, i nd help ere. I got a bb nd i notcd i cnt brows on it, i cnt even recharge xcpt by voice recharge. I took it to an engn e said cos its verizon made dat dats hw its gonna b hw tru is dis?. Pls is dia anythn i cn do abt it. Abi dem don guy me ni?

i guess u have not gooten it right yet cos i use a Verizon made BB Tour and every thing works perfectly. so chk ur applications and all dat or maybe u are just suffering from network wahala for now cos they claim to be upgrading depending on wo u are subscribing to.

Go to manage connection on ur menu, then click mobile network options, then set data services to "off" and set which roaming to "off". Then press and hold d red button, when its about to switch off, remove d battery and place it back. That should do it. But don't 4get to set only d data services back to on after d phone comes back on. And note that this works better with mtn but u can change to any network after u hv rectified it

thats not the problem, the configuration is on cdma, * and # will not be recongnised, go to the network mode and deselect cdma. all will be ok
