It was only a matter of time before he sorted out the minor details in decision making and quality.

I like Nico Williams. I see that willingness to take on his defenders, which is what we're lacking today. He's also young at 21. Plenty of time to polish his game and sort out his decision making. At Barca, without injuries, I don't see how it goes bad for him.

My only worry is money. How can we make the deal happen while also getting a top level defensive midfielder? No way both won't cost anything more than €100m

At 22 you could already see that players like Robben, Raul, Eto, Henry, XavIniesta, Fabregas, Mbappe, Suarez, Rooney, Owen, Aguero, or if we come below this level Vinicius, Pedri, Musiala, Saka, Foden, were already or going to be world beaters.

All these 6 goals and 12 assists for an attacker wanting to go to Barca isnt really impressive to me which has exactly been my grouse with Barca's capture of Raphina. A top level winger should be posting not less than 25 - 30 G/A a season.

At best, he can come in as a placeholder but I doubt he can mature into a worldbeater. Who knows I may be wrong though.

Eric García or Milayil Faye could replace him in the squad. When Barça signed Iñigo last summer, he was only registered for one season, although his contract exists of two seasons. He should be paid the second year of his contract, but that doesn't count for FFP. Barcelona will help the Basque defender to find an attractive offer. @tjuanmarti
