I came across a screenshot of a Kano State gubernatorial candidate celebrating Taliban take over. The screenshot is not just weird but disturbing. When the world is sympathizing with the Afghans for what has befallen them, a supposed senior citizen who is enjoying Democracy is rejoicing and celebrating a terrorist take over. Tomorrow when he emerges as a governor, he will be worse than those who have described banditry as a business.
