I think Yahoo-yahoo is the biggest employer of labour in Nigeria grin

Every 3-4 streets in count in southern Nigeria, there must be a Yahoo wannabe, full-time or rich fraudster living in it.

Even the federal government and Dangote combined cannot create such jobs. cheesy

that's what the media told you, do you know how they got there.... If you think arresting these guys is the solution, then I'm sorry because it's not gonna stop anytime soon, the government has failed her citizens, no job, no security, no food, no money, government policies killing businesses and send people to the villages, it was just 5yrs ago that I got to know the meaning of Yahoo Yahoo(I am always thinking it's a form email, just like Gmail), during the past administrations, many people including the youths were gainfully employed, at least things were cheap including foods, there was security everywhere, both local and foreign companies were operational, but today the reverse is the case, YOU CAN'T BEAT A CHILD AND STILL COVER HIS MOUTH NOT TO CRY.

These are all youths wasting away with fraud. We need to start dealing more with the disease than the symptoms. These boys are a product of a dysfunctional society. While these arrests should be ramped up, more focus should be on the root causes which is a general societal challenge

May I ask a question?

Which evidence do they say they have against all those guys? How are you sure that all of them are criminals?

In that write up, there are no record of crime committed by each of them, no amount quoted, no date of crime given.

Don't you see the reports from FBI? All records of the crime are stated, proving that there's actually a crime committed. Here, they randomly raid young people and tag them internet fraudsters, and unfortunately, you believe them.

If Dorathy isn't a celebrity (worse still if she's a guy), you would have seen her displayed for a random raid without any offense.

The fact that you believe their charade is what I find more pitiable about the country than corrupt officials harassing the citizens.

Until everyone realizes that what they are doing is extremely dangerous for the good of the country and call them to order, you will keep seeing 37 youths paraded and probably 1 or none charged with any reasonable offense.

God help Nigeria!

Treat the disease, not the symptom.

But no, the useless good for nothing nigeria government prefer to continue dealing with the symptom, yet they want a law and abiding citizen.

Southern youths counterpart in the north are into Banditry cashing out big time, that’s their(northern youths) yahoo over there. Unfortunately they(useless government) can’t deal with bandits because they are armed or considered as business men and lesser threat.

Exactly ..meanwhile the govt says look away while we empty nigeria's coffers ..i feel sorry for the youth of tomorrow the kind of debt we have right now is mind boggling

Not justifying fraud in anyway but you don't compare people's grace

The grace and opportunity Patricia, paystack or abeg founders have, not everyone has it

Not everyone has davido's grace or wizkid's

Everyone in the world canot be otedola or dangote

Get that please!

There is nothing for this young men to do and pratically no money to start a business...Idle hands is devils workshop..as they mature in age and see as you looters spend money on your kids and they rot away in paraga joints>>they join gang to survive and yahoo still even better than armed robbery...imagine Nigeria with no yahoo....over half of population are able men with no income....the rate of criminality would have dealth with everybody and its still going there...

Arrest all you can...You will be taken serious when we see all the politicians with hundreds of millions worth of vehicles in the compounds and walking free bit a boy collecting 100 dollars to buy jamb form and buy flip flop so as not to look haggard and at least eat is your main problem..

You are deceiving your self..

Till one day you wake up and see your family kneeling down w9ith gun to their heads and you will plead they take money and spare your family but too late....

You will all pr=erish last last by the monsters you creating...

Mark my words
