And what are the educated youths in the East and SS doing to make ends meet?

Right now am wondering that since 200M ransom is being demanded for a Major, how much then can a Gen like the Chief of Army Staff worth. Buhari and Osinbajo should not be upto 2Billion Naira...I don't think they can worth upto that amount.
