First, I advice you to go watch that interview from beginning to end.

I just watched the video on channels TV YouTube channel and the retired Navy commodore made sense..... He even said he was part of the team that really worked to bring in buhari in 2015 and he is shocked at the way president buhari turned out in the last 6 years.
