Attached is the architectural drawing of proposed Event Hall

Project duration:6month

Note:project duration can be less than 6month but client suggested we go for 6month due to finance plan

Location: Otta

Week 1
Mobilization:All material and tools needed for construction is been moved to site

Drawing review:As seen in the drawing,the architectural drawing proposed we have column in the middle of the Event hall but for me that too conventional and it also take space out of the needed space of the hall,also columns can be an obstruction for guest sitting at the back of the hall.so therefore reason for removing the Centre columns
Modication; We therefore design our columns to span end to end which is about 10.45 width and hall length is about 21m, so we will be having our columns at 3m c/c around the hall perimeter


Mobilization

Attached is the proposed Event hall development

Week 2 activities
1)Foundation digging of foundation
2)Casting of foundation base(blinding)
3)Placing and aligning of foundation pad reinforcement(commonly called basket) and column starter bar
4)casting of foundation pad
5) foundation block setting

We do electrical and also low voltage
