I may not understand the other things written there cos I'm not doc or laboratory scientists but that "evolving gestational sac" less than 4 weeks suggests pregnancy.
At least from general knowledge I know "gestation" has to do with the period a baby grows and develops in the mothers womb and the "sac" there is simply referring to the womb.

This is just a rough analysis though.
