I have not seen a situation were they send a regret mail without a success mail

There are no shortlistings done yet. The process is ongoing. The mails were sent in keeping to their earlier promise that if in 12 weeks shortlistings are not concluded, they would reach back to the applicants. Just be patient with them. Thank you.

I don't think its everybody that is receiving the mail, my colleague in school who also applied has not received any mail. I have BSC, 2017.

okay in that case you should also look at the field some applicants applied.... Eg ICT, education etc...... Me I hear rumors say some fields go make am pass others . Eg, ict, education and training, Agriculture etc
