Right from inception, JAMB cut-off mark is way lower in northern states as they're considered as not being able to compete educationally with their counterparts in the South.

North have every thing to educate themselves ...some local government in north don't have secondary schools , like the one tambuwal started constructing their first secondary school few years ago my small village have 6 community primary schools one community secondary school over 20 private primary and secondary schools
