It's a good time every Nigerians sees cow business as opportunity, we should not leave it to fulanis alone, they brag and rant because they are the major stakeholders in cow business. Many people should get land in their dormain and do ranching, cow business is a viable one especially in Nigeria with 200m people. Fulanis can't continue to hold us into ransom on what everyone can do. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Can't they return to their own state to do the open grazing, I don't understand how you'd go to another man's land and not abide by his/her rule. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Hallowed9: They were not informed. Those breeding goats will take over their market share - goat meat to me tastes better than cow meat. I don't know why the Miyetti Allah believes that rural cattle business is essential to the sustainance of southern Nigeria. 2 Likes 1 Share |

You all don't see the deception in this government.. They want your lands for ranching ( which is a ploy to settle their soldiers in your communities ). Deep down they know the ranching will not work , so once they settle, they will start grazing openly in your communities... Kill your farmers and take over their land thereby establishing their expansionist theory. You can hear the MACBAN indirectly confessing that they are not used to breeding cow in a place because it is part of their cultures to move from place to place. 2 Likes 1 Share |

If cows really get to cost 2million, it would be the best thing to ever happen to cow business... Within a year, watch as Igbos go fulltime into the cow business and render the marauding herdsmen irrelevant. |

You know, once the railways are finished...open grazing and moving around with cows will become a thing of the past. In the USA...between the 1840's and 1880's, cows were transported by cowboys in the same way Fulanis transport their cows...by foot and horse. Of course, since most of the land was desolate then (except for those pesky native Americans, but that's another story)...no such thing as farmer conflicts (except for those pesky native Americans.) Anyway, by the 1880's and 90's, that died down because....the trans continental railways were coming on line, and thus goods, cattle inclusive were transported by rail. If we can get our rail up and running...we would be able to transport cows by rail We did that , or were doing that in the 1960's and early 70's till the railways went bust by the 80's |
