Why should people (Ministers, Governors) who can afford an SUV on their own cramp into a bus like a school pupils, besides they all have official cars, security details, Personal Assistant etc...

Wether you like it or not, State Press Crew from major News Outlet must follow you about at all times, A team of medical personnel with your blood and medications must follow you about, Atleast 50 DSS agent must have eyes on you at all times, your ADC must follow you about till you sleep, Military of the Presidential guard must have eyes on you 24/7
