How? Like taking too long to ejaculate? Or having sex everyday every hour?

The advantage is that you will save your money, no time to think about how you will give her the money and the gifts you promised to pay her while you were smashing her.
It will enable you to save yourself from the embarrassment of getting a girl pregnant and trying to run away from responsibility and contracting disease from random girls or so.

There is no disadvantage for it,erection don't kill so don't let anybody lie to you that it will affect you or so.In fact if you stay off sex it will make you a strong guy as your mind will be free off sexual escapades and you will be able to think properly and you won't end up becoming a sex addict.
