As for me, I do tutorial for students using zoom. We fix classes to learn and we code all through. Eg: Mon & Thu 9am - 11am Something like that. |

Depends on your agreement it might be time-based (e.g 8 hours per day- Mon to Fri) or task-based (10 tasks assigned to you for a week, so if you finish fast, you got a lot of free time to yourself for that week) working remotely really needs a lot of dicipline.. lol |

LikeAking: Yes, you might be asked to clock your time with a software (e.g clockify) to monitor you, you submit your timesheet for assessment if its is task-based, you might be assigned tasks via a task mgmt software (e.g Monday) You'll most likely always have something to work on.. |

There are times you will get a serious project that might last for say 6 months and you will be coding everyday. There are times you might not get a client for say two months. On upwork where I freelance, you can either bill your clients per hour or charge them based on milestones. |

LikeAking: It depends on the nature of project, every project comes with its own challenges and new things to learn. There is no manual for that. YES, we code everyday. That is our life |

I've been freelancing for two years now. I started working remotely during the pandemic and realized I never want to go back to the office again. I like the freedom of freelancing and the ability to make my own schedule. For me, having multiple Remote jobs and diversifying my income has become ideal. Freelancing is not about looking for jobs for the sake of earning a penny and living on a tropical island. And to start working remotely, you need to find your own business that you're really passionate about, start developing in it, and translate it into freelancing. |
