A married teacher who was caught by her husband having s3x with a 16-year-old teenage boy in a hot tub will not be registered as a s3x offender

Amanda Steele was imprisoned for 90 days but was not put on the s3x offender register after a plea deal resulted in her not being charged with a s3x crime.

The 35-year-old was arrested by police after her spouse reported what he caught her doing with an underaged boy.

District Judge Darren Simpson gave her a three to 10-year suspended sentence and warned her she would serve all or some of the sentence if she violated her probation.

The 35-year-old pleaded guilty to two felony counts of injury to a child, but the judge wanted to evaluate all of the facts in the case before handing out a sentence, according to reports from East Idaho News.

After a thorough investigation by the Butte County Sheriff’s office in 2017, she was at first charged with three felony counts of child sexual battery committed by lewd conduct.
