With this video, it is not established that the girl did a fake transfer until further proven.
Going through logic, that girl wouldn't have done that to a big sister during school day, her benefactor....she would have found an anonymous victim

I even think she wouldn't have waited for the big sis at home when she knows that she can easily trace her.

My advice, they should take it easy with her (I can see the soldier trying to harass her), if the case eventually turns out to be all these bank network nonsense wey you go receive debit alert for two weeks without refund nor reversal, the soldier guy fit tell history with that his uniform because that case no resemble bokoharam own.
