Is #150,000 monthly salary considered a good salary ?

Is the pay ok with a wife and a kid?

What is your take?

Where you do reside?
Is your wife also working?
How much do you pay for rent annually?
How much are paying for your child 's school fee

How much is your transportation fare monthly?

If you can answer these questions....that is when I go fit tell you , whether your 150k salary is okay....

That crumb is not even enough to adequately maintain an adult for a month let alone with a wife and kid. Why una too like suffering and hardship? Most Africans are the reason generational-poverty has become entrenched and widespread in Sub-sahara Africa. Just imagine!

Surely you must be living somewhere while typing this and your wife works too, so 150k salary is okay to run things for a year. I have seen a father manage 20k with 3 children so 150k go do...... You even fit dey do giveaway of 3k every month sef.

No, it is not. Continue searching for the one that will pay you #500,000. If I may ask, what will you offer your employer who wants to pay you #150,000?

Exactly my thought

Its not OK he should resign and wait for 1.5m

This country is really messed up. There is wide spread poverty in the land. I read via all the comments and over 95% suggested that 150k is a good salary. While I believed it can be managed if you live frugal life, it can never give you a middle class comfortability. That’s mere $300.

Good morning Nairalanders.

Please this is a cry from a UNIBEN student. Just recently, the new V.C brought a new rule for the payment of school fees just 3 weeks into resumption. If not, there will be an additional #20,000.

Sincerely, my family has been going through some tough times and I usually pay in the second semester.

But just this morning, #20,000 has been added bringing the fee to #61,400

Please, I am a first class student in my finals. It was stipulated that if this new fee is not paid on time, then the students will forfeit their admission. I don't want to miss this, I am in my finals and have a great chance of making a first class.

Please, if you can help me, reach out to me via my email - gcworld2022@gmail.com

Please, this is an appeal. I did not attach my account number so you don't think it is a scan or sad story. You can mail me to confirm and get all the details you need.

Thanks.
