You have been to school, passed mathematics exams and still believed $14b is spent on oil exploration?
Not more than N100b is budgeted annually for oil exploration and it isn't only in the North as they feed bigots with ethno-religious bigotry but including states that already have oil. Can u remember, when Silver said they found large deposit of gas while searching for more oil and it is in SE and SS?

If u only know the figure u quoted u won't write it there especially on refineries revamping and oil exploration; there is difference between money budgeted for maintenance, running cost, servicing of refineries and money budgeted purposely for revamping refineries.
Pls make comments not just to get likes or mention or mislead people but to feed them with concrete facts.

The difference between other countries and most African countries, is that we are not our brothers keeper, we mess up our country, kill ourselves, bribe and mess up our system.. But other countries, rather give bribe in other countries, mess up other countries, short change and do whatever they like in other countries other than theirs.
It just proves that most of us are not wise, we are the only people that sold ourselves as slaves. Others sold other tribes and races, but we sell ourselves. Very bad, we need a paradigm change as soon as possible. Charity begins at home.
